German watchmaker A. Lange & Sohne Introduced a New Lineup of Odysseus Chronograph
A. Lange is known for making some of the best and most interesting watches in the market. The watchmakers introduced their Odysseus lineup of watches to cater to the sports segment with their first-ever steel collection. They launched their first steel sports watch collection in 2019 and instantly gained a good response. The German watchmaker has introduced their new lineup of Odysseus watched collection with a new premium chronograph.

Design
The new lineup of Odysseus watches comes with the last generation’s refreshed looks. The watch features significant pushes that adjust the large date window with the help of the crown. The watch’s sleek design and curvy structure blends perfectly with its large pushers and chronograph. The watch doesn’t have a minute counter but offers the 6’o clock subdial that works as an actual seconds counter. Instead of the traditional minute counter, the Odysseus Chronograph’s minute counter at the 12’o clock and is behind the second hand when the Chronograph isn’t functioning.
The watch uses a ‘Central Minute Counter’ with its subdial counting the minutes instead of a regular chronograph. The design and precision timing of the watch helps it to show the time perfectly and not intervene with the symmetry of the dial which is awesome. The A. Lange & Sohne Odysseus Chronograph uses a new caliber L156.1 Datomatic with a 50-hour power reserve and consists of over 516 individual parts. The complication doesn’t end there, each part of the watch went by human hands making it a perfect collector item.
