Design
The Swiss watchmaker has nailed it again with the watch’s design and overall fit and finish. The new Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Spider-Man Concept Tourbillon offers a magnificent design with its 42 mm x 14.6 mm titanium case and black ceramic bezel. The watch offers a glare-proof sapphire crystal on top with an open caseback design and a black ceramic screwed crown.
The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Spider-Man features an openworked dial with a stunning Spider-Man figure and offers openworked hands with white gold hour markers with luminescent coating. The Dial also offers a tourbillon functionality with hours and minutes.
The Royal Oak Concept Spiderman comes with a newly improved Calibre 2974 hand-wound movement based on the brand’s in-house caliber 2948 movement. The movement consists of 197 components in total and comes with 19 jewels and beats at a frequency of 3 Hz and offers a power reserve of 72 hours.
Price
The new Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Spider-Man Concept Tourbillon will be limited to 250 pieces worldwide. The watch will come with an additional red rubber strap along with its black one and will retail for over $195,000 in the market.
